Talent Acquisition Lead, Europe

Start date: January 2018 - remote & flexible working

Exceptional opportunity for an experienced life science executive search consultant to take up an important function in a pioneering recruitment business.

We work primarily on high profile retained/exclusive projects for experienced industry physicians working at global R&D and HQ level. We partner with some of the world’s most exciting biotech and pharma companies. The core focus of the role will be on mainland Europe although the company works globally and has worked on roles as far wide as Shanghai to San Francisco in recent months.

Customer-focused, you will be aware that the best results come from fostering long-term relationships. As such you will be tasked with establishing and maintaining relationships with senior industry decision-makers in the medical community. You must therefore be comfortable in speaking with physicians of varying levels of seniority (Chief Medical Officer to local Medical Advisor) and have a demonstrable track record in the area.

You will need to an innovative thinker and passionate about your field. You will be given the trust and autonomy to work in your preferred method within the confines of a business in hypergrowth mode. This is a stand-alone position, working remotely within an established network of search professionals and organisation.

You will be pioneering a novel proposition that will create a paradigm shift in the way decisions our made in our industry.

I’m interested in speaking to people who are experienced recruiters with a minimum 5 or more years of experience in recruiting senior level executives in the pharma industry (VP, CMO level).

You must have a:

  • Deep understanding of the medical functions in industry – demonstrable through a track record of placing medics in industry in Clinical Development, Medical Affairs or Drug Safety
  • Experience of working on global roles and the intricacies relocating candidates internationally
  • Preferably have experience of executive search processes or in-house recruitment experience in pharma/biotech sector
  • Emphasis on relationship building and an interest in becoming a thought leader in your area of expertise
