Confidentiality: We have incorporated a new, innovative strategy to improve the way in which we collaborate with prospective clients. We have ensured that the platform is GDPR compliant and protects the privacy of those whose data we hold. Data Accuracy: Our in house research team’s aim is keep your information as accurate as possible. In light of GDPR compliance, it is essential that we have the most up to date information, so that we can continue to treat your personal data appropriately and prevent any potential misrepresentations. We will endeavour to get an update from physicians in our network every 6 months.

Data Security: All data is stored safely on a secure database which adheres to the highest industry standards. We are implementing policies to ensure GDPR compliance by May 2018. See our GDPR consent form and data protection policy

Honest/ Constructive feedback: We will always provide honest and constructive feedback on your resume, interviews and genuine outcome of the recruitment process, both positive and negative to help better prepare you for your new venture.

Professionalism: We believe in fostering long-term relationships and will always adopt the bigger picture than short-term goals. Even if you are not looking to move or hire a physician, we are always happy to provide independent advice or counsel.
